Manage the world’s best brands with a fantastic international team
You'll be responsible for the coordination of employer branding and recruitment advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. You understand the needs of your clients, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. You'll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.

You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams across Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. You will also have the chance to team up with copywriters, art directors and digital experts to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities – What you will be doing

  • Provide support to a portfolio of great clients
  • Understand challenges and opportunities employers face in the jobs market
  • Manage and develop client relationships and be their daily contact
  • Have significant input in developing strategic employer branding and recruitment plans
  • Collaborate with our strategists, creatives, digital and media teams
  • Work with the account manager on all aspects of project management: translate client needs into clear de-briefs, write statement of works, calculate cost proposals, write creative briefs, track, measure and constantly strive to improve project efficiency and profitability
  • Present plans and/or creative work with confidence
  • Be accountable for and overseeing project related tasks delegated to team members
  • Undertake administrative tasks
  • Arrange and attend meetings​

Requirements – You will need the following in your past experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, HR, or relevant field
  • Experience: 1-2 years’ professional agency experience
  • Software: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project/budget/time-management
  • Languages (speaking and writing): English and Chinese 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
