Your role: multi-channel visual storytelling that brings creativity to life
Flex your design skills and broaden your expertise crafting visual solutions across a broad range of digital, and occasionally offline channels. Responsible for all aspects of visual execution, you work independently and collaboratively to make creative ideas beautiful and effective. You’re hands–on, own your work with pride and take pleasure in your craft.

Your clients: Varied creative projects for high-profile brands
We’re a small agency. But we do interesting work for big names. Projects are national, regional, and even global in scale. Accounts and briefs are varied. Recent examples include Employer Brand development for automotive and pharmaceutical giants; Website redevelopment for a leading international school; Social content and Graduate Recruitment marketing for one of the world’s largest consultancies; and Employer Brand activations for a leading Singapore bank.  

Your tasks: Broad-based visual communication, problem solving, and storytelling
On any given day you might be: Preparing creative concept visuals and presentations; Building out approved creative ideas into high-quality media-ready artwork; Taking part in project brainstorming sessions; Creating striking icons, graphics, illustrations for client projects and company presentations; Doing image searches; Retouching campaign visuals; Visualising storyboards; Creating simple animations and motion graphics for various media; Creating digital wireframes, or turning them into lush, high-fidelity layouts.

Your team: Virtual collaboration across Asia
Your role is part of an India start-up team, to support business growth and regional expansion. Most of the existing team are based in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. But everyone works from home—or anywhere with a decent internet connection. You report directly to the Creative Director. Day to day, you also work very closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Project Managers, Developers, and Media Managers.

Who you are: Independent team player looking for creative control
With at least 5 years’ experience, you’re a confident operator and safe pair of hands. You’ve developed a high level of design craft, keen aesthetic judgement and an excellent eye for detail. Your portfolio demonstrates strong capabilities across various online channels for clients in a range of industries.

  • You’re independent but highly collaborative. You’re equally happy working alone as you are being part of a team – whether they’re fellow creatives or colleagues in another department. You enjoy using your expertise to solve client problems.
  • You’re a gifted communicator. You speak openly and passionately about projects and ideas, share opinions, and contribute to agency discussions and culture.
  • You know the tools of your trade. You know how to use design software like Adobe creative suite, but where you excel most is in visual storytelling and creating beautiful graphics that get users from A-B with ease and delight.
  • You’re a professional. You’re reliable and conscientious. You take personal satisfaction in delivering work to the best of your abilities. You respect the process and the various people involved as much as the final product.

As a Senior Digital Designer in the creative team, you come up with visual solutions for a range of media that make those experiences effective, compelling, and rewarding.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in graphic design, visual communication, fine art, or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a designer or art-based creative in an ad agency, interactive agency, or in-house creative department
  • A thorough understanding of design fundamentals and best practices
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Software – XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
  • Experience working with corporate brand communication guidelines
  • Excellent at managing your own time and responsibilities
  • Confident and articulate in expressing yourself
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
  • Familiarity with all major social media platforms
